Exercise:
Lift and turn arms. Do not lift the shoulder blades in the process, rather push them backwards and downwards ( form a long neck). Neck muscles should be as relaxed as possible during the process.
1) Thumbs pointing inwards
2) Thumbs pointing upwards
3) Thumbs pointing to the rear
