Exercise:
 
With right foot braced on the wall, the right calf is stretched by moving the body forwards.
 
3 x 5 exercises
each 20 secs
 
 

 

 


 
Exercise:

Whilst standing, place one leg with straightened knee joint and flexed ankle joint on a table or chair. With the foot of the supporting leg turned inwards, stretch the anterior thigh. With the foot turned outwards, stretch the posterior thigh of the supported leg.

each 20 secs

 

 




Exercise:
 
Stand on one leg - if necessary braced with the left hand against a table or a wall - right hand grasping the back of the right foot. The hip joint is first fully straightened by lifting the leg.  The flexing of the knee joint is then intensified by pulling with the hand.
