Exercise:
 
Whilst kneeling, tense the buttocks, upper body remains vertical
 
 

 

 

 

 


 
 
Whilst kneeling/sitting, contract the stomach muscles so that the hollow of the lumbar spine becomes a swelling. The upper body remains in a vertical position.
 
Alternate between kneeling and kneeling/sitting.
 
Repeat the exercise 10-20 x
