Move:
Stabilization of the lumbar spine,
flexing and extension of the torso
Exercise:
In a sitting position, rotation of the torso
Repeat the exercise 10-20x, left and right
Strengthen:
Torso muscles,
oblique abdominal muscles,
spinal erector, lower
shoulder girdle fixators.
